HEALTH TIPS TO REMAIN FIT AS FIDDLE

1) It is advisable not to drink water while having meals drink water either 1-1/2hrs before or after meals.If urgent than drink luke warm water while having meals.

2) Drink at least 10 glasses of water in a day.Can add lemon juice.

3) Never eat hot & chilled foods together eg) gulab jamun with icecream or hot soup with refrigerated salads etc.

4) Consume fruits separately,meaning do not eat along with lunch or dinner items.consume either 1-1/2hrs before or after meal.

5) Do not lie down immediately after eating it is better to sit straight on a chair.


6) Avoid spicy & oily foods.

7) Make a smooth paste of ripe banana with water left after boiling potatoes and apply this paste on face before going to bed inorder to get rid of PIMPLES & have clear skin.


8) In winter season we get fresh Aavla. So make a habit of eating ONE aavla in a day.The raw form is best however you can have aavla murraba.

9 ) ALFALFA SEEDS are a kind of CEREALS.It is an expensive cereal available only in Health Shops like MAGNA STORE, VINITA MATHUR'S HEALTH SHOP in Mumbai .The amazing thing about it is that it contains less carbohydrate as compared to other cereals and more protein than any other cereal.
Alfalfa seeds should be soaked in water for 6-8hrs& should be tied in cloth for 1 day after which the seeds get sprouted.Consume the seeds raw, can add masalas or tomatoes if needed.In health shops biscuits of Alfalfa seeds are also available.In order to cure ARTHRITIS boil the seeds in water in closed vessels for 10mins.Drink this water after straining.
