Aircel moved to court to deseal its towers, other operators towers deseled

Aircel, one of the main telecom player in India has moved to court to deseal its towers. All the towers of Airtel, Reliance and Vodafone has been desealed in Noida except for Aircel. Around 162 towers have been desealed in Noida. Also in Delhi, court has given one month time for all telecom operators to complete the required formalities to keep their towers running.

The telecom towers in Noida were desealed after an order from Allahabad High Court. However mobile towers of Aircel towers are still sealed and the company has moved to court. Court has asked Noida Development Authority to deseal the towers.

Mobile customers in Noida and Delhi were facing sever problem after more than 250 towers were sealed. These towers did not completed the formalities required to put up up towers. These formalities includes approvals from various government department

on safety and security issues etc.

This is is temporary relief in Delhi and permanent relief to mobile customers in these areas. Customers were facing severe problems in receiving calls and making calls. Some of the customers reported that they able make phone calls but connection is very low or gets disconnected after sometime. Also cellular customers were not able to make phone calls from inside the buildings or their houses. Both personal and official work got badly affected due to poor communication problem in this period.
